Bean & Batch Kenmare Reviews

Bean & Batch was a fantastic stop for us while driving the Ring of Kerry. We stopped mid-morning on a weekday, and it was easy to find. We were able to get on-street parking almost directly across from the café.
The shop itself is not very large and filled up quickly while we were there. Because everything is made fresh and to order, this is not the type of place to visit if you are in a hurry, but the quality of the food makes any wait worthwhile.
The coffee drinks were excellent, and the pastries were incredible. However, the real star of the visit was the sandwiches. We ordered a few to take with us for later in the day, and they were perfect. Our favorite was the pesto chicken sandwich, which was freshly made and carefully wrapped so it traveled well. It ended up being the best meal we had during the day.
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food.
They offer a small indoor seating area as well as an outdoor patio, giving you options depending on the weather and crowd level.
Overall, this is a great place to stop along the Ring of Kerry. Don’t miss it—I highly recommend it.

A lovely little cafe on the edge of town. They always have a great selections of cakes and pastries. The sandwiches are lovely as well, I highly recommend the chorizo sausage roll for a lovely treat

It was wonderful . We went here every day until we left Kenmare. I love the lemon cake. My Mom loved the Ham & Cheese Quiche.

Marvelous, a true town gem and delicious! Walk around a lot and then go get a hot tea or cappuccino and the carrot cake or a sandwich. Rain or shine, it is delightful and there is outside and inside seating.

Such a wonderful little coffee shop with so many baked goods and great sandwiches. Just a 5 minute walk out of town. A lot of locals really enjoy this place.
